Catering Terms and Conditions .. Zimzala catering requires a 50% deposit of the agreed minimum spend, the final balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Should the event be cancelled 7 days there is a 100% cancellation fee, 14 days the 50% deposit is the cancellation fee, 30 days An administration fee will be charged $250 Caterer's right Zimzala catering will not assume responsibility or liability for any damage or loss to the property belonging to the client or its guests. Responsible service of Alcohol Zimzala staff have the right to refuse or suspend service to any guest who shows signs of excessive intoxication or is under the legal drinking age of eighteen. Equipment Hire Zimzala catering will endeavour to utilize the equipment provided by the client however should additional services be required such as table and chair hire, glassware, bar and kitchen equipment this charge will be entirely meet by the client. The client will also be accountable for any damage or loss associated to this hire equipment. Delivery Zimzala may charge a transportation fee depending on the travelling distance required. Staff bring all cooking equipment, trays and utensils - we just need to use your oven, stove and some space in your fridge! All food prepared on site by our staff is served on white platters with decorative garnish and include cocktail napkins for service. The hourly rate includes insurance and work cover. There is a minimum of 2 staff per event (for the minimum guest numbers of 30), and we recommend you add one staff member for each additional 15-20 guests. 10% GST in addition to the above prices.
